I really appreciate all of the responses to my questions! I guess I was guilty of trying to cut out some of the waiting time so my cinnamon rolls could just be POPPED into the oven in the morning if I made them at night. Somehow my kids think it should be Pop N Fresh without much preparation and they don't have the patience it takes for even the hour and twenty minutes for the dough to be made in the breadmaker, and the hour or more for the rising time. Guess they want them right away and I was just thinking of ways to save some time. Thanks again!! : )

Is it possible to refrigerate yeast items and then let them rise the next day?
