Years ago my mother made a raisin bar using white raisins. It had an oatmeal crumble topping. It also had a frosting drizzle. She doesn't remember the recipe. Can anyone help? Also looking for a recipe for the whipped cream type frosting. Does anyone know where to look? Thanks, Dori.
