Title: Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting 4 tb Butter 1/2 c Dairy sour cream 1 ts Vanilla 1/4 ts Salt 2 1/2 c Powdered sugar Melt one 6-oz package of semisweet chocolate chips and 4 Tbls of butter or regular margarine over low heat. Remove from the heat and blend in 1/2 cup of dairy sour cream, 1 Tsp Vanilla extract and 1/4 Tsp Salt. Gradually add enough sifted powdered sugar (2 1/2 to 2 3/4 cups) to reach a spreading consistency. Beat well. |
