Whoops! Sorry about that misprint! The crust is mixed up and baked for about 15-20 minutes (until light golden brown). The filling is then poured on top of the crust and it is baked for about 25 minutes or until the filling is set.

I’ve also found it helpful to line the pan with aluminum foil with the edges over the sides. This keeps the filling from spilling out and I can lift it out of the pan right onto my cutting board to cut into squares. This way I don’t scratch my pan cutting them.

These have become a great favorite with family and friends. Do I need to post again? Enjoy!!
