Ok, I don't have an oven at this time and I would like to make some desserts. Low fat is great but not necessary as I convert all my recipes anyway. I don't want a frozen dessert as my freezer is only about two square feet! Cakes and pies and other desserts that are otherwise baked. I could use some microwave muffins and breads (like zuccini and bannan) too. Gonna do a search but it is great to get some here. I didn't know it was even possible until I saw the end of a show on tv about a microwavable cake. Shows what I use my microwave for!
