Martha White BUTTER PECAN COOKIES By Erna Duerksen
Makes 5 dozen cookies
1 Cup Margarine 1/4 Teaspoon butter extract 2 Cups Brown Sugar 2 Beaten Eggs 3 Cups Martha White Plain Flour (no baking powder or soda) 2 Cups chopped pecans
Blend well Drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet Bake at 375F for 12 minutes
