Request: I am looking for advice on a bread machine. I am deciding between the Zojirushi V20 and the Williams Sonoma bread machine. Since I have never owned a bread machine, I am ready for suggestions and any help in making a wise choice. The Williams Sonoma machine has a life-time warranty with receipt. It doesn't have a cool down period (someone said this was important), and the Zo machine has a cool down period, and 2 kneading hooks to prevent flour which gets stuck on the bottom on the pan. They are both $199.00
