Do a search for Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins - I just posted it the other day and that recipe is for 6 Texas size muffins and it is a really good recipe. You could leave out the chocolate chips too if you just wanted pumpkin muffins.

Also, just so you know, if you have a favorite recipe for banana bread, zucchini bread or something that you normally make in a loaf size pan usually it will make 5-6 Texas size muffins, bake at the same temp and I usually start checking at around 20 minutes and every five thereafter.
