I haven't tried this but it looks like what you've described.

Baked Fudge
4 eggs, well beaten 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. cocoa 2 c. sugar 1 c. butter 1 c. pecans, chopped 2 tbsp. vanilla
Mix flour, cocoa, and sugar. Blend in beaten eggs. Melt butter with vanilla and nuts. Add to mixture. Pour mixture into 9x9 inch glass baking dish. Place glass dish in pan of hot water. Do not over-fill with water. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Top will be crusty; bottom like pudding. Serve warm with whipped topping. May reheat individual portions in microwave.
