If you don't have a word processor handy to paste recipes into as you collect them, you can create a new an e-mail message and use that for your pasting area. Then use FILE-SAVE in your mail program. Your computer clipboard is another spot. Another thing to do is to click once on the recipe area of the screen to point your browser and use FILE-SAVE and save each recipe as text to your drive named for what is it. Then you can open it in any text editor and you can organize the files in topic folders that you create on your drive. And, another option here is to mail the message to yourself.
