Hi Betsy,

I've gone in on your site for software you suggested and linked onto the recipe processor program available through a link at http://www.alberts.com I downloaded a program called RPW32 or recipe processor 32 that's shareware for 30 days unregistered using a Winzip program (that's freeware also and can be downloaded for trial at www.winzip.com Boy.....the downloading was slow.....anyway it seems worth the effort. . In this program You can change the font size of recipes for some of us who are losing our eye sight, pick a font color, for the print, put in a password for keeping a recipe secret (not that any of us would ever do this here ..Ha...Ha..) It will even do a nutritional calculation on the recipe. Oh god.......do I really want to know the calories of those cookies....... It seems like it also has picture placement capabilities as well. It also has some neat styles of print to choose for each recipe. You can store up to 500 recipes and if you purchase it, you can store up to 6000 of them. The registered version also seems to have cookbook printing capabilities which would be interesting......

Anyway I'll let you know how it goes and will do a summary of its benefits sometime next week, after we've used it. Now if only it would do the baking for us..........Ha...

Now I'd better get of the computer. My husband keeps coming in here asking what I've been doing on this site all night and..... where are all those chocolate chip cookies....ha....if he only knew...Well........I had to do something while I waited for the downloading now didn't I? I think I'm just starting to lose it.....I've definitely been here to long.... Will chat later. Thanks for your help!
Colette : )
