You would hilight just the one recipe .Hit Crtl +C for copy
then you can open word pad and put your cursor where you want the recipe and then hit Crtl +V to paste .You can save or print out from word pad
If you save the recipe as text doc .you can easily import it into MC or Master Cook
as a txt .Word Doc is not importable into Master Cook .You would need to save it as text type file first before you could import it into MC
Word pad will do .Even note pad will do for pasting recipes into and saving as text files

If a recipe isnt already iN MC format you need to put it into txt type for easy importing or reformat as Mc Format before importing into MC.You still have alot of word format options even with word pad.
Every one gots Word pad On Windows Based Pc either Win 95 or win 98 .It under there programs /acessories in the start menu
