Crust: >Unbaked 9 inch pie crust > >Filling: >4 eggs, lightly beaten >1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar >1/4 cup granulated sugar >1/2 teaspoon salt >1 cup light corn syrup >2 tablespoons butter, melted >2 tablespoons bourbon >1 teaspoon vanilla >1 cup chopped pecans > >Topping: >1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar >3 tablespoons butter >3 tablespoons honey >1 1/2 cups pecan halves (that have been soaked in bourbon to cover for 2-24 hours...the longer the better!) > >1.
