Susan, when I've used frozen fruit in my baking before I add the fruit completely frozen right at the end, that seems to work the best. I've also on occasion put a light coating of flour on the frozen fruit, that is supposed to help it hold it's shape.
Hope that helps. I can't wait to try these either, the weather finally got a little cooler here and we were able to turn the air conditioning off on Friday so this is my baking time, I love to bake in the fall when it gets cooler!
