Actually I just got home, as I was out on the supermarket for rum flavouring for your rum muffins...also I made your raspberry ones again, and this time substituted blueberries. I did that today...and the muffin monster must have been here again because there's ;none left!!!!!! They too were wonderful tasting! Here in the east (of Canada) I scurried today to finish planting my spring bulbs because we just had frost!!! It's real muffin baking weather I tell you....oh yes, just a chat message to SUSAN....the first time I made those delicious strawberry shortcake muffins, I didn't use a vegetable spray or oil on the pans(I did use muffin liners) Anyway the tops of them got stuck on to the pan from the sticking of the strawberries, making the muffins hard to remove Of course I enjoyed picking and eating the remains on the pan!!!
