Hi everyone, I had to share this recipe with you,I,ve been making it for years its so easy to make.Its brilliant with soups,pates or even with pickles and cheese. HEALTH LOAF 2 cups whole wheat flour 1 cup rolled oats 1 cup muesli 1 Tbls husked sunflower seeds 1 tsp sesame seeds 1 tsp salt 1 tsp bicarb. of soda 2 cups natural yogurt 1Tbls honey sesame seeds to sprinkle on top
Prehaet oven to 180c(350f).Grease a loaf pan.Mix whole wheat flour,oats,muesli,sunflower seeds and sesame seeds,salt and bicarb.Add yogurt and honey and mix well.Place in loaf pan and smooth over .Sprinkle with seeds.Bake for about an hour.Turn out and allow to cool.It freezes well also. I also have a very easy raisin bread rec. if any one would like it. Love Julie |
