Have you tried allergy cookbooks? They wouldn't be for a bread machine, but they do have gluten and yeast free breads. I'm not sure how a ABM would do without yeast. Three good allergy cookbooks are:
Allergy-Free Cooking by Eileen Rhude Yoder, Ph.D. This one lists what is NOT in the recipe and also explains that gluten is in wheat but not in some other types of flours. Allergy Cooking With Ease by Nicolette M. Dumke a lot of the recipes in this book have alternative ingredients, this or this or this.
The Allergy Self-Help Cookbook by Marjorie Hurt Jones, R.N. Also has good recipes and a good variety of flour uses.
You may be able to find the books at your library. If you have food allergies or intolerances, they can make life more bearable! If I can be of any help, just ask. Good luck.
