I always add a little more yeast to all my recipes than the original amount, a good rule of thumb is don't go exact but full rounded Tbsps.

Try this method, If your not getting a fully risen loaf you may want to take the machine back, if it's still under warranty!

Your machine should be able to make any kind of bread imaginable, I even make a coarse dark rye bread that is only supposed to be made by hand, but the results are wonderful.
