HERE'S THE LOAF YOU'LL LOVE. EXCELLENT RESULTS EVERYTIME.

This recipe is for a tradition Peasant Bread (WHITE)

It is on page 18 Of THE BREAD MACHINE BAKER .

It is one I Bake daily. I just can't seem to make enough, It's usually gone before it fully cools.

Recipe is:

2 full rounded tbsp yeast
2 cups Bread flour (White)
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
7/8 cup water

Add all ingredients to the machine starting with liquid first, followed by all dried and finally yeast on top.

Choose light crust on your setting and if you have a french setting it gives the bread a little longer to rise.

Push start and when its ready coat top of loaf with a little olive oil and lightly sprinkle with poppy seeds, sesame seeds or cornmeal depending upon which you like better.

This book though, is what I consider to be the best.

I hope you purchase this book but if your needing any of the recipes just let me know.

I'm happy you got the machine to do what it's supposed to.

Fran
