Hi Ariel - You just missed it, it aired on Sept 4th. I tape Martha Stewart along with other cooking-related shows to watch when there is nothing else I want to see (a lot of the time). I had about 4 tapes I had not watched so I started looking - lo and behold, I still had it. Here goes.

Looks like 9" square cake pan - Martha Stewart baked a vanilla sponge cake - split it in half horizontally (No recipe for cake)

Dissolve 1 Cup sugar with 2/3 Cup water, boil until clear add 1 1/2 Cups Freshly Brewed Espresso Coffe and 1/3 Cup Kaluhua(sp). Let cool.
Layer 1 horizontal layer of cake, cut side up, in same pan baked in.
Brush 1/2 expresso syrup on cake, soak, but not soggy.
Sift 2 T finely ground espresso over layer and put in freezer until firm.
Soften 1 quart of coffee ice cream (she used Starbucks "espresso swirl") in mixer until smooth and spreadable about 30 seconds. Spread over cake layer, top with other half of cake, brush with remaining espresso syrup, sprinkle 2 T ground espresso and put in freezer for 20 minutes until firm.
Soften 1 quart of coffee ice cream (she used Breyers for this layer) until smooth (30 seconds), spread over cake layer - Freeze 30 minutes. Top with chocolate curls.
