I make cakes for people at home and I usually use frosting from the local grocery stores bakery but they just told me that they are unable to sell it to me anymore. I would like a good frosting recipe that will stick together enough to be able to make flowers and borders that won't melt. A recipe like the frosting you get on cakes at the bakery. Desperate!
