I remember there being three Swedish Bakeries in the area at one point. Signe
Carlsons (if I remember correctly) was on Foster west of Clark. Then there was
Bjuhrs(SP?) on Clark 2 or 2 1/4 blocks North of Foster. What once was Bjuhrs is
now The Swedish Bakery. There was another one which was quite close to Foster &
Clark. I can't remember the name of the other bakery at the moment. Maybe you
can? I'll have to ask my Dad.
