Please help! I am in search of a recipe for coconut muffins. My favorite
restaurant used to serve these but they have just closed. Their muffins were
sweet and midly coconut flavored. I used to go that restaurant just to get
these muffins. Does anyone have a recipe for (just plain) coconut muffins?
