I know that there are recipes out there using babyfood prunesas a partial
replacement for fat. I have seen them but were not that intrugued to save them.

These I have made quite often and they are very good and stay moist.

BABY FOOD CARROT BARS

Sift together..............
1 1/4 c. flour
1 t. baking soda
1 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. salt
Beat together...........
2 eggs,beaten
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
Add....................
2 - 4 1/2 oz jars baby food carrots
1 t. vanilla
flour mixture
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Cream Cheese Frosting:

Beat together until smooth.......
1/4 c. soft margarine
1 - 3 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 t. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
Frost bars when cool. Let set before cutting.
