My recipe has no flour, so I guess it's just being overcooked, though the center
3 inches were still soft. But, it did crack far less than in the past. I
think partly due to the fact that I cooked it less and partly because I allowed
it to cool properly before putting it in the refrigerator. I'll let you know on
my next try. Thanks for all the help. Be well.
