Sorry about the confusing terms... (I just took them out of my cookery file and didn't realise that you are from US.

OK,
caster sugar = superfine/granulated sugar
vanilla essence = vanilla extract
full cream milk powder = the most creamy milk powder you could get. (Don't recall what's its name in US...) But I think you could use skim milk powder if you want. Some of my friends use that and it's OK.
