Cindy, you can adapt an ABM recipe to a 'regular' one ... simply use the same ingredients but put them together like you always make bread (or if you don't make bread often - compare with a recipe in a cook-book) - i.e. dissolve the yeast in the warm liquid, add ingredients; knead; cover in greased bowl; let rise - (some dark recipes rise 2 times - I'm not sure of your recipe) and then shape, let rise and bake.
