I have recently made my first baked cheesecake, which ended up quite dense. Is
it possible to simply reduce the amount of cream cheese (750g) used in the
recipe while keeping the same amount of the other ingredients? Are there any
other suggestions as to what I can do next time to stop my cheesecake from
being so dense?
