Here is a recipe which contains all the ingredients you specified, except for the apples. However, you could add some chopped apples to the recipe.
FESTIVE CRANBERRY PIE
3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons grated orange rind 1 tablespoon cornstarch 3 cups fresh cranberries 1/2 cup raisins 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans 2 tablespoons butter or margarine Pastry for double-crust 9-inch pie 2 teaspoons sugar
Combine first 5 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in cranberries, raisins, and pecans. Cover, reduce heat, and cook 7 to 10 minutes or until cranberry skins pop. Remove from heat, and stir in butter; cool completely without stirring. Roll half of pastry to 1/8-inch thickness on a lightly floured surface; place in a 9-inch pieplate. Spoon filling into pastry shell. Roll remaining pastry to 1/4-inch thickness; cut into 1-inch strips. Weave strips over filling in a lattice fashion, twisting each strip while weaving. Press ends of strips into rim of crust; flute edge. Sprinkle pie with 2 teaspoons sugar. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Yield: one 9-inch pie.
