Thank you for letting us know about the wheat flour substitution - I'll try that next time. Yesterday I made my variation of the Nine-Grain Bread from Donna German's Bread Machine Cookbook (number 1) but used a 12 grain cereal instead of the 9 grain. It's a crunchy, but good! I'll post the recipe if anyone's interested.
