Elly, Thank you. I'm going to have to try this.
The one I had, (made by a caterer) had the brownie base at the bottom, then an incredibly good caramel layer, (probably after baking), then a very thin almost hard chocolate layer. The interesting thing is how well it cut into squares without cracking the chocolate or smearing the caramel. Everone was talking about how delicious it was.
