Here is a bread machine bread that I have tried and it is so good that I thought that I would share.

Shortcut Sourdough Corn Bread

makes 1 lb loaf

1/2 c plain yogurt
1/3 c milk
1 tbsp margarine
3/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 c white flour
1/4 c cornmeal
2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 tsp bread machine yeast

Add ingredients to bread pan in the order specified by manufacturer, adding the yogurt with the milk.
Recommended cycle: basic/white bread cycle; medium/normal color settingENJOY!
