I'm a novice bread baker...and am in need of some tips. I have baked two different breads, one, a basic white and two, an onion bread. Both have turned out with a very good flavor, however, I am imagining a great light fluffly loaf of bread. This is not what I got. Both turned out heavy. Am I not kneading long enough or rising time too short or what? Any tips would br greatly appreciated. Thanks, Gina |
