Hi Daniel, here is a recipe from " Betty Crocker's Cookie Book".It uses creamy peanut butter and peanuts. I hope this is what you wanted.
Double Peanut Cookies 1 cup creamy peanut butter 3/4 cup sugar 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened 2 eggs 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 1/2 cups chopped unsalted dry-roasted peanuts Preheat oven to 375 F. Beat peanut butter, both sugars, butter and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed.Stir in flour and baking soda. Stir in peanuts ( dough will be stiff ).
Drop dough by rounded Tablespoonfuls about 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 1-2 minutes; remove from sheet to wire rack to cool completely.
NOTE: for a richer, more butter-scotch-like flavor, use all brown sugar,no white.
