SPELT BREAD 1 1/2 lb loaf
1 1/3 cups water 3 tablespoons vegetable oil 1/4 cup honey 1 1/2 teaspoons salt 2 cups spelt flour 2 cups bread flour 2 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Place ingredients in your bread machine in order given in your manual; and bake according to manufacturer's instructions.
This is from Melissa Clark's THE BREAD MACHINE COOKBOOK - she says it produces a flavorful, fabulously chewy loaf without the heaviness of some whole grains.
