I just noticed a request you made a while back about poundcake icing in a recipe book I had. None are specifically listed for poundcakes, and the 3 poundcake recipes have no "icing recommendations" -- even the photo is of a plain cake with no icing. Icing recipes listed separately at the back of the book include caramel fudge icing, fudge icing, caramel icing, fluffy white icing, ornamental icing, coffee-scotch icing, butterscotch icing, divinity icing and 7-minute icing. If you are looking for a particular one, let me know.
