Hi gramaj, The recipe I posted I've only ever made 1` at a time. That was in the days B4 I got the Bosch. I have a "Magic Mill", too, only IT grinds grain into flour for me. The recipe I use for the Bosch, I once posted on kitchenlink as a ??? for Sara Phillips. Maybe you can find it there yet. If not, let me know and I'll post it again. I just spent a sleepless night because my daughter, her aunt and her aunt's 4 young children spent the whole night in the bush while hiking. I got the police out looking for them and they tracked them down with a search party and tracking dogs. We knew something was wrong when they didn't return several hours after they had planned to be back. I wasn't taking any chances, so I called the RCMP. By around 5am they were located. An ambulance is standing by to get them checked out. The little ones were cold, understandingly. The Lord answered our prayers for safety. Praise be to Him.

The recipe was posted when I asked Sarah to tell me what the nutritional value was of the loaves I made.

I'm now ready to sleep for a few hours, but first I want to wait to welcome my daughter home.
