Hi, My recipe comes from the "make-a-mix cooking" book.
Butterscotch Bubble Bread 48 frozen rolls (rhodes works really well) 1 c butter or margerine 1 c brown sugar 1 pkg REGULAR butterscotch (or vanilla) pudding 1 tsp cinnoman 1/4 c pecans
Place 24 rolls (still frozen) in each of 2 ring pans. Mix melted butter, brown sugar and cinnoman together. Pour half of mixture over each pan. Sprinkle pudding and pecans over both pans. Place in refrigerator overnight. In the morning, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for about 30 minutes, until lightly browned. Invert and serve. |
