I made some shortbread cookies this weekend and melted some sweet baker's chocolate to dip the tips in. The chocolate didn't seem to "set" all the way, not like the chocolate I see on these cookies in bakeries. I'm thinking I might have not melted it to a certain tempature or something? Do you have any suggestions?
