This recipe is a bit different than the one previously posted. I found it on the back of a C&H Sugar sack. At least 4 families have tried this and said it was a keeper.

Unbelievable Peanut Butter Cookies

So quick and easy ... so tasty.
The fact that there's no flour in this recipe is not a mistake.

1 cup Peanut Butter
1 cup C&H Granulated Sugar
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Preheat oven to 325°
Combine peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla to thoroughly blend.
Drop by teaspoon 2 inches apart onto cookie sheet.
Flatten with bottom of glass dipped in sugar.
(I just sprinkled sugar on them and then crisscrossed with a fork in the traditional PB cookie marks.)
Bake 14 to 16 minutes until lightly browned.
Cool on a rack.

Makes about 1 1/2 dozen
