BG,
Fromage frais is a soft cheese originally from france. Its sometimes enriched with cream and can be sold flavoured with fruit(instant dessert!!!!!!Yum.)The consistancy varies from quite thick tofairly runny depending on the fat content.I have,t got a rec for you to make it but will keep looking in all my notes and I,ll ask a friend of mine who is married to a dairy farmer he might have some ideas. What i do do if a rec calls for it substitute a goog quality cream cheeese or marscapone(another fav.of mine!!!!)I,ll get back to you as soon as I,ve got some info.have a great sunday
love Julie
