Honey Whole Wheat Bread
1 1/4 C water(in your measuring cup beat 1 egg, then add water to make up the rest 2 C. whole wheat flour 1 C. all-purpose unbleached flour 1-2 Tbsp. gluten 2 Tbsp. honey 1-1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. dry milk 2 Tbsp. oil/ butter 2 tsp. instant yeast
Run on the regular cycle. Another good suggestion is to use the Tbsp. to add the oil then do the honey and the honey rolls right off the Tbsp.!

Also never use the timer with eggs or perishable items. You can add cracked flax for extra umph if you want(it is very good for you)
