Can any one help me? I am looking for 3 certian kinds of cookie recipes. I
have always wanted recipes for sugar, peanut butter and gingersnap that are soft
and chewy. I do not like crisp or cakey cookies. What I mean by soft and chewy
is like the consistency of a toll house cookie or Soft Batch that you buy in the
grocery store. They are always flat and are chewy. The type of sugar cookie is
like something you might get in the Pillsbury refrigerated tube cookies. The
peanut butter is not the ones that have the fork marks across, but flat and
chewy. Plus gingersnaps are my favorite. I am just afraid to try recipes that
I don't know whether they are cripsy or soft. If you could help I would greatly
appreciate it. Thanks, Mrs. Food P.S. Did I make myself clear? If not, please
let me know.
