Hý my dear muffýn monster friend.I live in Turkey...As much as I love
muffýns,I like cook them too...But in my country there are not so many choice
about flours.rasing agents vs...We have only basics..For example I dont know
what the half and half is or We dont have self raising flour in my country..So
when I go abroad I buy some of these and I eat everywhere I found selection of
muffins...My problem is I want to make same muffins I have eaten abroad but ý
could not..I want to make them a little bit wet,more fluffy andscattering in
the mouth and non-sink...I would make muffins everday if I am able to...Can you
please help me about making muffýns the golden rules and some goods which ý
could buy from U.S...Thanks a lot and sorry for my English...
