"herman'? I'm a sour dough person but I have used the others at various times in the past. Have you checked the bread recipes here on TKL - there are a lot there and some are very good. There are several bread sites I go to -- and I will check out their URLs in case no one here can come up with what you're looking for. I know i'm amazed as I read other bread sites and all the new (and old) bread books that there is so much .... and no time to try them all! Hope you can find what you're looking for. I'll check for those URLs and if, by next week, I note that you don't seem to have a good reply from someone else ... will then post them.
