Sounds like it might work. (And it sounds easy.)

I make cookie bouquets all the time and I always use Duncan Hines sugar cookie
mix they work great on the popcycle sticks!! I always use the Wilton Snow-
white Buttercream Icing it not only sets up great it also taste wonderful the
recipe comes with the wilton meringue powder that you can purchase at wal-mart
etc... I just made a cookie bouquet for my sister-n-law for her birthday and I
also do them for my Mother and Mother-n-law and they always ask for more!! Hope
