God love you, Betsy. I tried to duplicate it from memory (and the help of about 4 different recipies I found on the web) but it just wasn't the same. One thing I liked from one of the recipes I found was an addition of nutmeg in the crust. Since I love both cinnamon and nutmeg, I used half of each, and it's wonderful
