Hi again Eggy!! Kahlua and Bailey's can usually be used in most of the same recipes...Bailey's is of course creamier; the coffee flavor is not as intense as it is in Kahlua, and Bailey's is a little sweeter but it is still a coffee liqueur and can be used in recipes that call for it. Atleast that's my opinion... :-) You seem like such a creative cook...I would love to hear what you end up doing!!
