Cake recipes out there it made me think of those gourmet Irish Whiskey cakes that used to come in tins. They were so moist and delish. I have sent many of those as gifts across the Atlantic and they were always enjoyed from what I was told. Does anyone have a recipe? I believe they use ground walnuts along with the usual butter, flour, eggs etc.
