Gordon - I think it is spelled Kamut -and if you do a search on this site I'm sure you will find some info - and maybe some recipes. I have never used it but a friend tells me she has used it instead of spelt. I know there is an ABM bread mix using kamut - but I haven't tried that either. Hope you can find what you're looking for.
